Eastman guitars offer the best across-the-line value today.  From a violin company largely unknown to the guitar world, Eastman now justifiably forms the one to beat for the step up and frugal professional market.  Excellent, properly aged woods, great designs with appropriate scalloping, neck shape, and detailing, with incredibly precise hand construction.  All topped with thin (but delicate) finishes.  Players guitars, not for those who need to impress with a fancy name or copy a famous artist; the guitar for the player who plays.  

This guitar is new, very nice, beautiful warm sound.

I have good pickguards, if that is stopping your offer. The stock ones are decent, I can fit them if you like.
