Advertised pricing is not always

You may notice that most or all
retailers of many products price them exactly the same, often 20% or
25% below published “list” price. This results from distributors
imposition of an advertised price floor, a form of anti-competitive
resale price maintenance preventing firms from openly competing
on price. These restrictions DO NOT affect the ACTUAL PRICE charged

Eastman E10OM Orchestra Guitar Description

Eastman guitars seem to be making a pretty decent splash for a small and relatively new entry. This model makes an excellent, very strong and crisp fingerstyle guitar.  Not that it doesn't punch out chord or flatpicking!  Lots of that adi shimmer.   New.  Warrantied.

While modern production gradually drifts further from the discipline that created this legacy, Eastman embraces it.  The result is a brilliant tribute to the iconic guitars of the 30’s and 40’s. All models include: Solid Adirondack spruce top, solid back/sides, vintage inspired structure, appointments, and hardware. SHIPPING

We attempt to ship within 2 business days. We ship FedEx ground; contact us for shipments by other carriers. All shipments FOB our store. Items packed in their original cases and original or equivalent boxes as originally shipped by our suppliers are properly packed by us and any claims lie against the carrier. Shipping charges are not refundable, even if included in purchase price, as with "free shipping."

International buyers: We place the actual purchase price on customs forms. Shipping prices do not include destination charges placed by the carrier, duties, or taxes.

RETURNS

We accept returns if notified within 3 days of receipt or delivery attempt. Returned items must be in new condition or if used, condition we shipped in: we must be able to resell in same condition as shipped! Refunds will be given via your original payment method. Shipping is not refundable, even if included in the original sales price. A small fee for our credit card or PayPal charges may be levied. Items shipped Internationally are not returnable. Please use all original packing & paperwork and put eBay number in large numbers on outside of box. A signature on a carrier's record does not indicate that we have inspected the item and are taking it back, merely that it has been delivered for inspection.

WARRANTIES

Manufacturer's warranties often apply on new items. We try to include that information in the description. Contact us or individual manufacturers for warranty service procedures. Shipping is generally not covered for warranty service. Some items are sold "as is - no return."  That will be clearly stated in the listing. We do not warranty those items.
