This is a 2006, Eastman AR810 CE 5th Anniversary Uptown model arch-top guitar with original case. This guitar has all solid carved wood. Spruce top flame maple back and sides, maple neck with an ebony fingerboard. Kent Armstrong pick-up with volume and tone wheels under the finger rest. It has wood (maple) binding and ebony tuner buttons. The guitar is in excellent playing condition. No visible fret wear, neck is straight, no buzzing with low action. It has Thomastik George Benson 12 – 53 flat wound strings. The case is in near mint condition. There are number of scratches and dings on the guitar. I photographed the worst ones. Overall the guitar still looks great. Eastman guitars have a very thin finish so they scratch easily but they are very loud played acoustically.
