This guitar was purchased new by the seller approximately 4 years ago from Eric Schoenberg Guitars in Tiburon, California
The guitar has one minor flaw - a scuff on the lower bout near the binding of the guitar near the tailpiece. See photo. This could be repaired for a reasonable cost, but in no way affects the playability or function of the instrument. It is only a very minor cosmetic issue and has been reflected in the price.
This guitar at the time it was produced was special because very few blonde finished 805's were made. Today, there is a 20% upcharge for the blonde finish. It is likely that this is due to the extent which the wood grains are exposed in this type of finish. The wood must be of unusual quality and the manufacture more attended to yielding a special looking instrument as you will see from the photos.
The guitar has never been gigged and is beautiful in both the way it plays and sounds. Move over Taylor, this thing projects real SOUND!
The guitar is being sold as is, but it is anticipated that even the most discriminating buyer will be satisfied.

Eastman AR805CE, 16" ƒ-hole cutaway with
Kent Armstrong floating pickup, maple and spruce, beautiful blonde
hand-applied varnish finish, ebony pickguard and tailpiece. Top-class
workmanship, playability and tone. Single Cutaway with X bracing, fully
carved spruce top and maple (flamed) back and sides - all solid
woods-15" lower bout, 1 13/16" thick 25" scale- 1 3/4" at nut, ebony
tailpiece, based on the early 16" Gibson L-5 body. Great clarity and
note separation and clean crisp tone.
