Eastman Guitar

This buy-it now is for an Eastman AC708S Grand Concert Acoustic guitar SN#3263. I have not registered this guitar yet with Eastman so when you do, you will be considered the original owner. I bought it as an investment and to make money on it. Therefore I am not interested in taking any less for it. I bought it brand new from an authorized Eastman dealer in my home town about 2 months ago. This Guitar is a 2008 model, although it is brand new. I bought it from a dealer who was losing their Eastman franchise. The Guitar is HAND MADE from the best woods and materials available.  l added a K&K body sensor pickup system under the bridge plate. This system has no pre-amp and does not require a battery, and has no volume or tone control. With this system, only the PURE sound of the guitar comes through. Very much like the old FRAP systems used by many pro's, this  pickup is a set of 3 body sensors that glue under the bridge plate, and wire to a 1/4 end pin jack.  I also added a strap button to the bottom side of the neck heel (not shown) to make this guitar stage ready.  I had this guitar professional set up as well by the same luthier that installed the K&K. Bridge and nut height as well as truss rod were all adjusted to make this guitar play AMAZING! The fit and finish on this guitar is amazing. The quality of woods, body binding, and materials used are top of the line.  The sound and volume on this guitar is amazing considering it's medium size. This is a very light guitar with lots of resonance, LOT'S of volume, great bass response (more than you would expect for a guitar of this size), very nice volume and tone balance between strings and a very nice "woody" tone. For those of you not familiar with Eastman Guitars, they manufacture in Beijing China, and have been around for hundreds of years. They started out making high end Violins. This is NOT your typical china guitar. I would rival the materials and build quality, to Martin any day, and if this guitar were made by Martin with these specs and materials, it would easily cost $4000.00! There are no problems of any kind or issues with this guitar. Normal scratches and marks one might find on a new guitar that has been hanging in a guitar shop for 4 years. NO fret wear at all. This is a new guitar, and comes with the original certificate of authenticity and hang tag. The hard shell case is very deluxe with a deep plush gray lining.

• The Pure Mini (formerly called Pure Western Mini) is a passive system
  for steel string guitar, with three pickup heads and an endpin jack. It
  is a transducer system only and does not include a battery or on-board
  electronics. Don't be fooled by the sound of some competitors' "thin
  sounding" passive systems--the Pure Systems are definitely different.
  They sound full and rich and have sufficient output to drive most amps
  and PA systems directly!

  We recommend the Pure Mini pickups for all acoustic guitars as a first
  choice. Direct installation with superglue gel is required for optimum
  performance but the system is still removable without damaging the
  guitar (you may damage the pickup though).
  It
  features super balanced, flat sound transmission, warm woody tone
  without any quack and superior dynamic range all over the guitar's
  frequency spectrum. This pickup won the silver medal in the 2006

This guitar comes strung with brand new Phosphor Bronze Elixer 12-53 gauge strings.
